Delete your Kachi account

How to request deletion

1. Email privacy@getkachi.com from the address linked to your Kachi account. Use “Kachi account deletion request” as the subject.
2. We may reply to verify that you own the account. Do not send a password or sign-in code.
3. After verification, we will delete your account and associated data and confirm by email.

If you still use Kachi, you can also delete your account in the app under Account Data.

What we delete

We delete your Kachi profile, avatar, sign-in data, settings, search and purchase history, favorites, friendships, invite links, and records you created or shared.

Retention and subscriptions

Kachi does not set an additional retention period for account data after verification. We may keep request correspondence and necessary transaction records for legal, security, fraud prevention, or dispute purposes, only as long as those purposes or the law require.

Deleting your Kachi account does not cancel an Apple or Google Play subscription or remove purchase records held by the store. Manage or cancel your subscription in the store where you bought it.
