Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions form an agreement between you and Kachi, an independent developer-operated service. By accessing or using Kachi, you agree to these terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

Kachi provides product, price, availability, currency, and market information to help you compare shopping options. Results are informational estimates, not offers to sell, financial advice, or guarantees. Retailer data, exchange rates, taxes, availability, and product details can change or be incomplete. Confirm important details with the retailer before buying.

You must be legally able to enter into this agreement and meet the minimum age required where you live. You are responsible for accurate account information, protecting your sign-in credentials, and all activity under your account. Tell us promptly if you believe your account has been compromised.

You may use Kachi only for lawful, personal purposes. You must not:

• Copy, scrape, harvest, or systematically extract service content except as permitted by law or with our written permission.
• Reverse engineer, disrupt, overload, bypass security, or attempt unauthorized access to Kachi or related systems.
• Use the service to violate law, intellectual property rights, privacy rights, or the rights of others.
• Misrepresent your identity, submit harmful code, or use automated means that interfere with normal service operation.

New accounts receive one complimentary day of Kachi Pro. It starts automatically when you first enter the app and does not require a purchase or payment method. It does not renew or convert into a paid subscription. When the complimentary period ends, your account moves to the free plan unless you choose to subscribe.

The free plan includes settings, saved information, friends, and product information received from another user. Searching or scanning for new product information requires Kachi Pro. Your account, settings, and saved information remain available when Pro ends.

After the complimentary Pro day, you may choose a weekly, monthly, or yearly auto-renewing Kachi Pro subscription through Apple. The price and billing period are shown before purchase. Unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the current period ends, Apple may renew and charge your subscription for the next period. You can manage or cancel it in your Apple Account subscription settings. Deleting Kachi does not cancel a subscription. Restore Purchases can be used to recover eligible access. Refunds are handled under Apple’s rules and applicable law.

You choose what product information to share and who receives it. Anyone with a share or invite link may be able to open it until it expires. Links currently expire after 72 hours. A recipient may keep product information they accepted even after the link expires or a friendship ends. Do not use sharing features to harass others, send unlawful content, or misuse another person’s information.

Kachi and its licensors own the service, including its software, design, branding, and original content. We grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use Kachi under these terms. Retailer names, product images, and trademarks belong to their respective owners. Kachi is not affiliated with or endorsed by Uniqlo unless expressly stated.

We may add, change, suspend, or discontinue features, and may impose reasonable limits to protect the service. We do not promise that Kachi will always be available, error-free, or supported on every device or in every region.

To the extent permitted by law, Kachi is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or accuracy. Nothing in these terms excludes warranties or rights that cannot legally be excluded.

To the extent permitted by law, Kachi and its contributors will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, data, goodwill, or purchasing opportunities arising from your use of the service. Our total liability for claims relating to Kachi will not exceed the amount you paid to Kachi in the 12 months before the claim, or US$50 if you paid nothing.

You may stop using Kachi at any time. We may suspend or terminate access when we reasonably believe you violated these terms, created risk or harm, or when required by law. Provisions that by their nature should continue will survive termination.

We may update these terms as the service or law changes. We will post the revised terms here and update the date above. If changes are material, we will provide additional notice where appropriate. Continued use after the effective date means you accept the revised terms.
